A canon lawyer with over a dozen years of experience in matrimonial nullity cases ("annulments") and appeals. The best recommendation I can give to anyone is: do not accept canon law advice from someone who is not a canon lawyer, and when in need of an Advocate do not choose anyone other than a canon lawyer (a person with a J.C.L. or J.C.D. degree) who has extensive experience with matrimonial nullity cases and appeals.
FOR CLERGY
I assist with the preparation of nullity petitions for your parishioners who approach you for help when seeking clarification of their status, or other questions pertaining to the matrimonial nullity process (or other processes, such as Ligamen or Pauline Privilege), and/or difficult marriage preparation situations.
FOR LAITY
I can assist you if you are beginning the matrimonial nullity ("annulment") process, or if you have hit a difficult point in the process and do not know how to proceed; or if you have decided to appeal a tribunal's decision.
